Jose "Teo" Manuel Flores, 73, of Chicago, passed away June 26, 2019. Born in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico to the late Adriano Flores and Jova Carrion; loving brother of Antonia (the late Zacaria Diaz), Isabel "Vele", Margarita, Gloria "Gore", Ana (the late Juan Vasquez), Adelita Flores and the late Antonio "Toño" (the late Lydia), the late Francisco "Tito", the late Aliceo "Negro" and the late Angeluis "Luis" Flores; cherished uncle, great uncle and great, great uncle of many. Teo was a very happy person and always loved to joke around. He was well known for his long beard and impeccable cleanliness and personal care, especially his nails. He loved people and was a very generous, giving and caring person. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Teo was a retired butcher and worked at many stores throughout his career. He was well known when he worked at the corner store at Armitage and Wabansia.
A celebration of Teo's life will be held at a later date. Teo's final burial will take place in Puerto Rico at a later date also.
