John David Crockett

John David Crockett, age 88, born in Oak Park, IL, longtime resident of Lake Forest, passed away December 1, 2021.  Beloved husband of Ruth, nee Riley; loving father of Megan C. (Jay) Miles, Jaime R. (Lisa) Crockett and Mark D. (Irene) Crockett; cherished grandfather of Jordan and Naomi E. Miles, Jacob, Connor and Olivia Crockett and step grandfather of Drew, Cody and Evan Tucker; dearest brother of Wallace (Eunice), James and George (the late Janet) Crockett; fond uncle of many.

Dr. Crockett, a psychologist, received his PhD from the University of Minnesota and worked at the North Shore Center for Counseling and independently for 40 years.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at The Village Church of Lincolnshire, 201 Riverwoods Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045.  Interment private at Mears Cemetery, Mears, MI.
