Ectore Hernandez

Ectore Hernandez, 82, lifelong resident of Chicago, passed away May 17, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Frances, nee Gutierrez; loving father of Angela Hernandez (Rich Craig) and the late Angelo “Poppies” Hernandez; cherished grandfather of Letticia Santiago (Tony Bonomo), Hannah (Jacob) Mota, Vanessa (Kenneth) Vance and Jessica Craig; dearest great grandfather of Noah Mota, Brendan Vance, Kenneth Vance, Jr., Nicholas Mota and Lucille Bonomo; devoted brother of seven siblings; dear uncle and great uncle of many.  Served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.  Member of American Legion Post 0600 for 34 years.  Visitation Wednesday, May 22nd, 3:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 7:00 p.m. at Central Chapel, 6158 South Central Avenue, Chicago.  Interment private.
