Darlene Anne (Holmes) Gregory

Darlene Anne Gregory, nee Holmes, age 72, of Tinley Park, passed away suddenly December 11, 2023.  Beloved wife of William J.; loving mother of Courtney Yeager and stepmother of Wendy (Joe) Ford and Jim (Caryn) Gregory; cherished grandmother of Corey Yeager and step grandmother of Taylor and Nicholas Ford and William, Nichole and Jayden Gregory; dearest sister of Gary (the late Virginia) and the late Tom (the late Norma) and Jack (the late Kathy) Holmes, Dee Anna (the late Carl) Martin and Darlene’s twin brother, Darrell (Gloria) Holmes; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Darlene retired in 2016 after a career in management in the surgery center industry where her organizational skills were put to good use.  She was collector of antiques and was a talented decorator.  Darlene also enjoyed cross stitching.  She had a kind and loving personality, and her warm spirit will be greatly missed by all her knew her.

Service and interment will be private according to Darlene’s wishes.
