Cindy Caputo

Cindy M. Caputo, 63, of Berwyn, passed away July 8, 2020.   Beloved daughter of the late Toni Albanese and Dan Caputo; loving sister of Ken (Sharon) Kroll and Dee Caputo; cherished aunt of Tara (AJ) Graff and Alana Kroll; proud great aunt of Izzy.  A very special thanks to Cindy’s wonderful neighbors, Tony and Erica Rosado and family as well as Cindy’s dear childhood friends, Marcia Birkenheier, Nancy Marchese, Patty Sullivan and Kathy Weltzin for their friendship, care and support.

Cindy was a huge fan of Michael Jackson and loved to dance.  She was an avid puzzler and enjoyed playing cards and games with a healthy competitive nature.  Cindy took great delight in entertaining and fully decorated her home for every holiday.  One of her favorite pastimes was attending craft fairs where over the years she accumulated many beautiful handmade crafts and decorations that filled her home.  Cindy was also a Class of 1975 graduate of Morton East High School and a former longtime employee of Central Federal Savings & Loan in Cicero.

Friends and family will meet Tuesday, July 21st for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Odilo Catholic Church, 2244 East Ave. in Berwyn.  Entombment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery. Social distancing and face masks are mandatory and it is recommended that if you are not feeling well, you should not attend.
