Anna D. (Cannella) Giese

Anna D. Giese, nee Cannella, 85, of Grayslake, passed away April 24, 2019.  Beloved wife of the late Kenneth;  loving mother of Roseann (Glen) Gallas and Mary (Frank) Raszkowski; cherished grandmother of Lisa (James) Tews, Francis Raszkowski, Geoffrey Gallas and Laura Gallas; dearest great grandmother of Ella, Owen and Noah Tews;  dear sister of the late Corrinne (Ralph) Consolazio and Carl Cannella, Jr.;  fond aunt and cousin of many.  Anna possessed a great love and knowledge of astrology and the stars.  She was a strong, funny, caring woman who was passionate about her family and deeply loved by all who knew her. She will be profoundly missed and never forgotten. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, May 11th from 9:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, 22333 W Erhart Rd., Mundelein.  Interment will be private at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
