June E. (Groener) Ryle

June E. Ryle, 90, of North Aurora, former longtime resident of Hanover Park, passed away June 27, 2019.  Beloved wife of the late Edward; loving mother of Denis (Cris), Thomas (Denice) and Michael (Cookie) Ryle:  cherished grandmother of Anthony Ryle, Kellie (Jerry) Last, Amanda Ryle, Gretchen Barbaro, Charlie (Julia) Mammoser, Jason Ryle, Jonathan Ryle, Brooke (Colton) Ford and Cara (Ben) Hester; dearest great grandmother of 8. June was preceded in death by five siblings and was the fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

June’s greatest passions in life were her family and helping others.  While she never had the opportunity to realize her dream of becoming a nurse, she exhibited all of the qualities and characteristics of one by her great devotion to the care of others.  Whether it was close or extended family, a friend or even a mere acquaintance, June heeded the call with great fervor whenever needed.  June was a longtime active member of Bloomingdale Church where she spent many hours volunteering and initiated many prayer chains.  In keeping with her efforts to the service of others, St. Alexis hospital was just one of the many recipients of her volunteer work.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, August 10th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of memorial service at 11 a.m. at Bloomingdale Church, 264 Glen Ellyn Rd., Bloomingdale, IL 60108.  Interment is private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of June may be made to Bloomingdale Church.
